I'm careful at work to document everything in writing, since I won't remember what or how I did anything a week later. It's hard for me to discipline myself to write something creative every day. I do have a trick now. I've made a deal . . . I can play a game of Free Cell, but first I must put down a few lines or paragraphs in a writing project. Since I love to play Free Cell, so far it's working. My memory started slipping long ago.
