Debbie Roppolo (b. 1970) is a freelance writer, children’s author, and humorist. Her works have appeared in ezines, newsletters, newspapers and magazines, including Sasee, Story Station, Holiday Crafts 4 Kids, and JustForMom.com

Roppolo is also a contributor to anthology collections such as Laughing and Learning: Adventures in Parenting (Grace Abrams 1993), Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover’s Soul (HCI 2005), and Chicken Soup for the Coffee Lover’s Soul (HCI 2007).

A prisoner of love for over fifteen years, she resides in the Texas Hill Country with her husband. She is also the zoo keeper of two cats, one Malamute, a rabbit, several horses and two boys.

In her spare time, she enjoys tormenting her children by dancing in the aisles of grocery stores and chasing cars across parking lots.
